This is a new official Rom 4.4.2 kitkat for Pipo M9pro.
Image file must be uploaded via RKbatch tool 1.7 hitting "Restore" button.
Be careful if you come back to JB 4.2.2 (MUST BE FLASH THE RKloader 3188 version 1.24 first and then flash the Rom).

Maybe a stupid question, but why don't you use a custom rom? Then Gps works.

I'm using the new Android 4.4.2 KitKat rooted firmware for the PiPO M9 PRO (aka Max-M9pro) tablet based on an update from PiPO dated 2014/05/04 from Kasty.
    kasty-rom-pipo-m9-pro-android-4-4-2-kitkat-custom-root-firmware-20140504
    Custom firmware features:

    • root with latest SuperSU version 1.94 (free version)
    • removed most Chinese and unnecessary applications
    • Google Play Store fixes so more application are visible/compatible
    • updated busybox v1.21.0.git (2012-11-29)
    • Unix like init.d boot scripts support, more details on init.d scripts here
    • changed permissions on external sdcard to allow write access
    • increased space for applications (/data partition) to 7 GB
    • disabled OTA updates (may cause problems, see Notes below)
    • added Google Experience Launcher (GEL) in addition to PiPO's stock launcher
    • use optional package to fix broken apps (Contacts/People and Calendar sync)
    • temporary fix for multi-user support, thanks to didierm
    • kernel modules (cifs, tun, lan, serial, xpad) compiled by Oma & Crew RKTablets, thank guys!
    • optional ClockworkMod (CWM) Recovery easy install package
Everything is working fine and stable! WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G, Camera, even GPS!:D

riley is based on that one. It has some features I like to use, as making a bigger user app space.

This ROM has all of the usual RileyROM features:

    Rooted
    Debloated
    Init.d support with Busybox commands
    English Default
    Google Play Store fixes
    Updated Google Apps
2, 4, 6, 8 or 12gb user app space by selecting the desired parameter file
Auto Install feature added for installing apk files on first boot from external SD
TWRP recovery installed on first boot by Abdul_Pt
    Reboot app by Petrus
    New boot animation by me
Latest revision of the First Time User's Guide
    Flash Tool by Finless
All made with a variation of 900SuperSport's Freaktab Kitchen
