Support Request Can't get mk809 II Started!

    Hello guys!
    At first, sorry for my english, I'm from Brazil and do'nt speak very well.
    I've bought the MK809 II from dx.com. When it arrived I tested and it didn't work.
    I keeped testing and nothing changed.
    When I plug it on the TV, it get stuck on a black screen with 2 pinguins.
    I've tried to get the recovery but the many prograns i used don't recognize the devide pluged in my computer.
    I don't know what else can I do.
    Can somebody please help me?

    When your Android device wont boot correctly, there are two ways to resolve this:

    1. Use the Recovery Image
    2. Flash new firmware to the device.

    So...try to flash another MK809 II firmware.

    Hey men, thanks for your reply.
    I tried everything posted on this forum, but when i Plug the device on the computer, the program do'nt recognize that it's pluged in.
    I go to the "Devices Manager" and there is the driver but if a sign like this on the picture:

    Ps.: I've tried to install all the drivers from many diferents computers configurations

    Hi Vitor,

    on your screenshot - in front of the driver - you can see a exclamation mark in a yellow sign! That means that something went wrong with your driver installation! Do you have a 32 bit or a 64 bit windows running o your machine? Check that and then reinstall all rockchip drivers.
    Drivers can be found here: Klick! Then install the right driver for you machine and try again! But befor check this: Klick!
