Change the name of your img file. Close PhonixSuite. Restart PC. Start again.

disconect your tablet from PC and press power button for about 10 seconds to fully diconect the tablet, then press home/return button (do not release during the rest of the process), connect USB cable (try with usb HUB and without) press power button 6 or 7 times. Now you can release the home button

Pressiona el boton Power 15 segundos sin quitar el dedo. Despues pressiona de nuevo por 3 segundos. Sino enciende es por que tienes una mala unidad (llama a quien te la vendio e pide para subtituirla or tu dinero de vuelta).
Keep pressing the power button for about 15 seconds. Then press 3 second. If this doens not work thats because you have a bad unit. (Did you ever log on succesfully the tablet or you reveived like that? Maybe you can start to think in ask for replace or refund.

It's hard to tell you wath to do. Go for the one you like the more. For me the Chuwi Quad works very well and the last firmware is very good, but my wife has an Onda V972 and it worked fine too. When you decide just ask to the seller to update the tablet to the last firmware and test it in every aspects to be shore it is all fine.
