Hi All, I hope I can get some help.

I connect My new MK 809iii to usb and the power light comes on
I connect to TV, most of the time i can not even get signal.
But one morning i got Linux penguins screen comes up, then TV says no signal again.

After finding the new self install drivers file on the site , I then plug into my laptop but but neither my windows 7 and Linux Mint do not see the device and even acknowledge it is connected.

So there are the issues and im hoping at least the first can be fixed with help from this forum.
And or that the 2nd issue so that maybe i can re-flash the device.

    Thanks in advance

P.S. Can Admin please create 809iii form section

I've been having the same prob with one out of the five I bought. Its a cold solder joint in my case. How is the unit connected to your TV? HDMI can be very finicky, but let's get more info first.( should have held off modding till you knew if it's good or not)
    Please post.
    Ben

Hi, Having two of these devices, and I gathered notes and links that I found useful to help me upgrade or re-flash ROMs, and put them into one page with links to forums and software downloads. I hope this is of use to you.
