    • Dragon Ball Legends is now officially available for Android devices in the U.S..
    • A European release is imminent, with other regions and the iOS version slated for future release.
    • Bandai Namco’s title can be played entirely one-handed, making it ideal for gaming on the go.

Start stretching your fingers, because Dragon Ball Legends is now available on Android devices in the U.S.. According to the official Dragon Ball Legends Twitter account, European servers will be launching soon, with other regions slated for a future release.

Although the game was soft launched in certain regions a few days ago, it already has more than 3 million pre-registered users worldwide. For now there is no news about an iOS release, but it’s likely to come out in the coming weeks. Hopefully the gradual roll-out keeps the servers from overloading in the first few days.

15 best free Android games of 2018!

We all know that free Android games aren't always free these days, but many of them are very close if you have a little patience. Most Freemium bottlenecks occur when players get impatient and waiting …

Similar to the ill-fated mobile release Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle, Dragon Ball Legends displays the action vertically. You swipe on the screen to move your favorite Dragon Ball character and dodge incoming attacks, and tap on the screen to launch a series of basic attacks. A well-timed dodge will launch a counter attack, and in the rare occasion that two abilities hit at the same time a QTE will decide which one comes out on top.

Each character also special attacks, which take the form of cards that appear at the bottom of the screen. There are ranged, melee, and special attack cards, and tapping them in succession will unleash a powerful combo.

Timing appears to be the deciding factor in most matches, so you’d better start practicing if you want to top the brackets. Matches are quick and played entirely one-handed, so it’s perfect to play on the go.

The game features several original characters designed by Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama alongside the well established cast of Goku, Vegeta, and others. Each of the characters is fully voice acted in both English and Japanese.

Although it does feature a story mode, it’s primarily billed as a competitive pvp experience like Clash Royale and others. There is one global server, so you’ll be competing against players from all over the world.
