    Unfortunately that's not Jamie, that's James who passed away - that I can tell you is true. Posting a message on a deceased persons Facebook page might not help.

    I guess our facilities are limited here. Piers (and Tuen?) was in contact with that seller. I do not know what other channels there are still open that could be used.
    I do not know what to say - but I think that the chance to reach anything of a satisfying solution here is rather diminishing small.

    I found the message of Jamie truly shocking.
    I believe that nowhere in the world (and even more in the UK, because Ipadalternative reported proud to be a British company) a company can tell its customers to contact suppliers for itself.
    But here we go beyond the consideration of the company, is a personal question: problems or not, Jamie has our money and he had never considered a way to refund us. I'm seriously considering making a criminal complaint for fraud, the manufacturer was Chinese but the distributor and the holder of the telephone lines 209 6825675 (USA), 020 32868734 (UK) maybe not ...

    Another serious problem is that this situation would invalidate the entire system of "trusted sellers" that makes this forum so special: if one of the main sellers runs off with the cash then you might as well delete the entire section...

    We haven't used the Trusted Seller label for quite some time and are totally changing how we do things - we'll be opening a store, managed by us buy allowing Verified Sellers to buy using Paypal only (which offers good protection). We'll also have the ability to see orders and bring problems to the attention of the sellers directly. More will be announced at a later date, for now we're still testing.
