Support Request Mk808B died after a week - others?

    Hey Guys,
    My MK808B died after a week of using it. I like the device, but now no blue light, no signal, nothing. Just produces heat when plugged in now :)

    I let the folks at geekbuying know through the service@ email address, but didn't get a response at all after a few attempts. Any other suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem and had the device replaced by the good folks at Geekbuying?

    Hi Mrkus21,

    Thanks so much for your interest and attention. My order was 3049408 and was placed on May 29 2013 (so arrived sometime late June). I have not ever received an email from geekbuying (order number is from paypal confirmation), so I'm wondering if maybe it's get stuck in a spam filter. I checked gmail spam and didn't find anything there either though...

    I have the same problem with a small deference. I picked up my mk808b device from the post office today and the only thing this device do is to produce heat when plugged in. No lights, no anything. I have sent an email to Geekbuying customers support and i'm waiting them to reply. I also tried to connect it with the PC hoding down with a pin the (reset button) but nothing happend. :-(

    Geekbuying will answer on this, but they can not take care on more orders at one thread...

    Also I spoke to them, please be patient, they have many emails a day to sort out and send it to the right department.
    This takes some time.
