Guide OTA upgrade to Lolipop Nexus 5

    Enable Developer Mode

    1) Tap on About Phone and find the Build Number.

    2) Tap on the Build Number 7 times and the Developer Options will appear on the main page of the Settings.

    3) Tap on the Back key to see the Developer Options.

    4) Tap on Developer Options.

    5) Check to enable USB Debugging

    Apply OTA update

    1) Install Minimum ADB and Fastboot: http://vondroid.com/resources/minimum-adb-fastboot.518/

    2) Connect the device and make sure you connected in ADB Debug Mode and use the following commands

    Type adb reboot bootloader

    3) Device will turn off and start into the fastboot. Using the volume up and down button to select the "recovery menu"

    4) You will see an Android with a red exclamation point icon, holding the power button and press then on the volume up button

    5) You will get a new menu. Navigate to apply update from adb and select it by pressing the Power button.

    6) In the CMD window, type: adb sideload filename.zip
    the filename.zip you can just drag and drop them from where you have download them

    7) you will see at your pc a progress in %

    8) Wait untill it reboot and optimized your device APK's
