MeriMobiles Phone not delivered

    Hi there merimobiles,

    I have a Problem, I got a Friend, his Name is Paul Kesler, he has ordered a Phone from you.
    Tracking: RX108017676SG
    Order: #57566
    He can´t understand English, so he asks me if I can ask you to help.


    The Phone will be send back by german Customs, so he has not get it. The Phone was not delivered as written at tracking. Please, he asks me about to get a Refund for it, because his English is very bad.

    Please check his Order and take care about it.
    He needs his Money back.

    "Jay" has written some E-Mails to him, but without understanding.
    If you need more Information, I will try my best to bring it up.

    Hi, Kindly read carefully my response. I didn't say we'll refund your friend this week. I said
    "yes we can refund him, we will verify IF WE GOT IT BACK and he can expect a refund THE NEXT WEEK" -meaning he'll get a refund a week after the product is already on our hand.

    Just a suggestion, if you want to make sure what Jay replied to your friend, you may ask your friend to forward the email to you so you can explain it to your friend.

    The problem I have is not your explanation, it's that this is the second order I know, that seems you have declared it false and in this case it seems it can not pass customs. We wait in patience, but I hope you will take care about this order and refund him automatically after you got the phone back in your hands.
    I read the emails, but it makes me sad that we have to email more times to get forward to get this problem solved.

    It should be a normal process that not the buyer has to ask again and again to get his money. It's on the seller to refund his buyers for a problem that the buyer is not involved in. You did not say, if you got it now or not...

    Anyway, I wait again and hope you will do what is needed to get this problem solved.
