As you know, my Cube U30GT2 got a problem with touchscreen. I've try everything to solve them, but i think it is a faulty touchscreen controller. (see thread: http://vondroid.com/threads/incorrect-touchscreen.17683/) I've just mailed to Support@coolicool.com (@CooliCool) to ask for a warranty procedure. 27 December 2013: Send mail for Warranty. 02 Januari 2014: Send information about what the problems are and give them the order number 03 Januari 2014: Got the shipping address to send them back (No.102,Building P09,China South City,Pinghu Town,Longgang District,Shenzhen City,P.R China) (广东省 深圳市 龙岗区 平湖镇 华南城电子交易中心 P09栋102室) 08 Januari 2014: package already pack, the package will be give to someone who will help me ship them from China, Shenzhen 13 Januari 2014: On flight to China. 14 Januari 2014: package has been shipped and should arrived next day. using china ems service 15 Januari 2014: coolicool support confirm received the package. 17 Januari 2014: got message that the factory is off during chinese newyear.. the repair will be delayed. 22 Januari 2014: because the factory is close for a half month, coolicool will ship a new tablet to me using dhl 23 Januari 2014: Got dhl trace number from coolicool 27 Januari 2014: Got dhl message to pay the duty cost before they will continue with shipping, duty cost of 57,46 euro (coolicool promise me to refund them back) 28 Januari 2014: Got the package. 7 februari 2014: fully refund duty cost.
