The drivers can be downloaded:
I don't know why but drivers cannot be installed. I'm using w7 32bits. I force to use the firmware in the package, but it gives me error code 10, device could not be started...
this driver works only if you tab is on recovery mode,
for adb driver see rooting post
Vol- + PWR is recovery mode, right?
The device which is not installed, but recognized by windows is rk30sdk, and this is the driver i cannot install.
Yes and it must be a black screen?
btw powerbutton is on your left side and not on the top xD
I know where power button is... I have the android recovery screen, black screen with an android opened in the midle. No drivers founds...
maybe try this drivers
Let me know if that works
I have installed ADB drivers... recognized on recovery, but not recognized by Rockchip batch
adb driver is not the same as recovery driver
try an another cable?
Tried with drivers you posted, error again...
rk30sdk is the name of device conected in recovery mode, but cannot do anything...
I'll try in another pc, btw.
I am having exactly the same problems, windows wont recognise the drivers.
try an another cable?
Have tried 4 different cables all having the same problem.
Might sound stupid but try and different USB port. For mine I had to try 3 USB ports before one said it wasn't recognised and then I could install the correct driver. I also have to remove every trace of android drivers from my PC.
Computer recognises it ok as "rk30sdk" but wont let me install usb drivers
are you sure you have a Window N101? on my tab the recovery mode has only a black screen, you WON'T see something on your screen.
can you give me in settings --> about your buildnumber and kernel version.
I made the mistake of holding it down for too long and waiting for the backlight to come on. DON'T do that! All you have to do is hold the Vol- & POWER buttons down together for around 2-3 seconds then release. The tablet won't do anything or show anything on the display however it will be on. Then plug the USB cable in to the PC.
Basically if you see the boot image then you held the buttons down for too long or pressed the power button first and then the Vol-.
Thanks guys, all sorted now looks like I was keeping my two buttons down too long and waiting til I saw something on the screen.
great to hear the problem has been solved.
Same Here on Vista. I have rooted my tab. Adb drivers, the i uninstall it, got the Tablet in recovery mode and In the device Manager i wanted to Set the driver, no chance.
Ill tea at the weekend on another pc with win7 ;-(
