    First Rk3288 based solution for TV boxes and also HDMI stick show up.

    Quad core A17 RK3288 is the successor of the well know RK3188 quad core by Rockchip - later is widely used in TV sticks as well as boxes.

    So..what do you expect from these new generations!?

    RK3288 supporting 4K (is that relevant at all today?) as well as some Amlogic 8XX!?
    Which ones might be the better choice !?

    Any opinions on that!?

    An interesting read over at CNX-Software - so I would expect a lot of HDMI Sticks and boxes tu run at 1.6Ghz and below - if these numbers hold up for the retail version.
