Choose the right folder from the download archive. Depends on if you got 32 or 64bit system. You can choose everything manually.

I tried to install both, but my Vido still has not been detected by my pc.
Months before, i m using XP home and fine to detect my Vido. This month, I change into win 7 pro, but failed to detect even the WIN7 pro driver installed.

I got it to work on Windows 8 (64-bit). People may not realized that they have to go to settings, USB, and check mark "connect to PC".
Or they have to get into the flash mode the hard way as indicated by
using a paper clip to stick into the hole and hold it while connecting MK8088B to Windows 8 until it gets recognized by the Windows 8.
I hope this help. I have spent a lot of time on it. The instructions here are fantastic.

Great to hear that it works, so it's not on us... like I said the drivers itself are ok and working.

Maybe you can post some step by step informations for win 8 users how get it working. Thx.

I have included 5 screen shots to show the two important steps for connecting to Windows 8.
    1. You must check mark the "connect to PC" in USB setting.
    2. You must turn off, uncheck, the USB debugging option.

    Hello,
Can somebody confirm if similar drivers and tools are available for the linux ubuntu Host machine as well. I have recently purchased the TVBOX MK808B and want to reprogram the the box with my customized Android image. Are you aware of any sources of Android available for this TVBOX?
    regards

These drivers work on Windows for all Rk3066 and also for Rk3188 and more rockchip SoC.

Feel free to use our resources at the driver section to download them.

    Hello,
do you mean the drivers for TVBOX are only available for windows Host machine and are still not ported for any of the Linux Distributions. Please correct me if I am wrong?
Alos, are there any sources available for the image being used on TVBOX which I can compile and re-flash on to it. Please guide.
    regards

I only know the Windows Drivers. And I only know the different ROMs are available for MK808B.
I also tried to get it running on my Ubuntu Machine, but I´m no Programmer to compile or something. I tried it with a Virtual Machine on 12.04 and 11.04 Ubuntu but cant get it recognized. The Rockchip Tool did run with WINE but is also not available for Linux.
Now I´m using an old XP 32Bit Version for flashing ROMs..

I don´t know if any Source Code was released for MK808B. Maybe you can ask it on freaktab.com... Finless BOB did some ROMs for the MK808B, maybe he can help you.

You need to remove all Rockchip drivers first, then plug in your device. If it attempts to install drivers then allow it, but update the driver of the device with the one from this zip.
