After 3 years of medium use my good ol Yandao N101 is just about to die - I think...
The Display just goes blank on me - during use - after flexing the back a bit it seems to work again for a day or two. Suggestion on fixing this issue would be welcome...
Being my device has been working fine - I have not been very active on Vondroid Forums (out of touch)
Would like a 10.1" Quad core 2g-ram 32g storage device - would be nice Android 4.4 or 5.0 OS, 3g capable.
    - shooting for low(er) cost and definitely want something that I can load new Custom Rom as they become available, I see no need for Win dual boot. So what would be the most supported model(s) to consider.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you.

FYI read some more, revived N101 for a while again. Opened up and wiggled wires, works now.
Question still stands - what model or brand of 10" should be considered that allows for custom rom updates?
I have run across a Teclast X98 Air III .. Specs and price good but future custom rom support unknown.

    Opinions...

Have you considered a Windows tablet?
