How to Upgrade: maybe the same Way as the MK802IIIS...
    http://vondroid.com/threads/mk802-iii-s-official-firmware-19th-feb-2013.6447/
    1. Download the RKBatchTool1.5en.zip unzip it.
    2. Download the update.img
    3. Open RKBatchTool.exe and select the update.img File
    4. Connect the USB Cable to your Computer, click connect to PC at your Menu.
    5. Now connect the USB Cable to your Stick´s OTG Port.
    6. Windows will ask you to install the Driver (Rockusb.zip), unzip it and install !
    7. If your Installation was correct the "1" Icon on your RockchipBatchTool will turn to blue ! Then click "Update" for Recovery.
    8. Be patient and wait till BatchTool has finished. That´s it.
    Download Drivers here: http://vondroid.com/threads/rockchip-usb-driver-for-windows-2000-xp-vista-7-8.6151/
    Download RKBatchTool here: http://vondroid.com/threads/rockchip-batch-tool-version-1-5.7420/

Please tell us if this works, not tested yet.
And please correct me if I´m wrong I thought the B13 has no Reset Button like the MK802IIIS.

Everything you do is on your own Risk. I´m not responsable for any Problems caused.
I only provide you Informations for flashing this Image.
    :D

    Hi,

don't know were you got this, but it works, and saved me of a lot of troubles. Because I have installed the measy U2c rom from finless but wifi and bluetoth among other things didn't work.
The B13 does have the reset button. I have installed just as indicated.

    Thanks

Nice to hear that it works. You know, I can´t test any Firmware I get, because I didn´t have any Device.
If you can, please take a Screenshot of your Device Info and upload it here... thx.

Sorry for the delay, but I haven't been around. Better latter than never, right? :)
Here are two screenshots, the firmware version and the Antutu benchmark.

    Hi,

Could you guys please let me know if this firmware has support for the new RKRemoteControl version 2.0? It's the one which added a game control feature to it.

It seems it needs a virtual button mapping application at the minipc's firmware in order to work. Such application is named RKGameControlSetting.

Or maybe you could point me out to any other cool application that I can install at my smartphone to use as a game controller. Maybe one that only needs a regular server apk running at the B13 side.

    Hi,
Nice to have a helper for reading this.
I try to search the firmware for weeks from other forum as well. I download links provided from this post - RockusbDriver_13_03_2013, B13_V411_130301 and RK3188 files. My laptop is using Win 8 and tried both x86 & 64 version, all got the same mes and didn't resolve the issue.
    Any hints?

Yes, go to the resources and look for drivers section, there you will find rockchip and also at this download a discussion for this problem. Read it and maybe this will help...

There are 2 small holes on the Side, one is MIC and one RECOVERY, the Second is your Reset Button, if you want to push it, take a Paperclip or something for that.

Does anyone know the reason(s) when I power up the B13, the screen freezed after 3 penguins shown on the top left hand corner on the screen. Try reset button, looks like reset process doesn't start. Any solutions?

Seems you have to flash your Firmware again. Reset button is to get the device into flash mode not to reset the device.

Thanks for the advice. I finally got my B13 flashed. The problem is the RKBatchTool ver 1.5.3.0 not working well. Cannot run on Win 8, so I have to find a XP laptop to work with firmware update. I finally use the RKBatchTool ver 1.7, it works. Really really really thanks for your support.
