    To enter into DFU mode
    - Shutdown the device
    - press power + home button together for 10 seconds
    - release the power button but still pressing the home button for 10 seconds

Your screen is black but normally it should be in DFU mode

T tried all that.I did manege to get out of DFU mode but just for a very short time, It won't let me update in itune. then it went back to DFU mode again. If I keep it connected to computer, it'll keep in loop DFU mode and detected to itune without update success...on and on.

Just know, DFU is blackscreen? and recoverymode is iTunes logo.

Maybe it easy to tell me which iTunes error code you get? 1600? 1400?

The thing is I have no idea what BB it has now, because it was latest BB for 3GS two months ago, then I found one method that could downgrade to 4.xx.then upgrade to ipad BB, then unlock, everything went though but stuck at DFU since. I tried different method also, same.

have you use tinyumbrella before to save sshblob? otherwise you can't downgrade/update your iPhone to an unsigned ipsw

the only thing you now can do is:
-First at all save your sshblob with tinyumbrella
    then:
-restore with iTunes to the last version (iOS 5.0.1) --> result: baseband updated
    - create a custom firmware to perserve BB and restore them to iOS 5.0.1

before do that, How do you unlock your device? using jailbreak and ultrasn0w? using gevey sim?

well, I guess If i update to iOS 5, it won't be able to unlock, isn't it? I just hope it can be alive again before think about unlock.

I had a old BB 3Gs unlocked using jailbreak and ultrasn0w. because it dropped into water, got this one instead.

hmm in dfu it not possible anymore. so there is only way --> restore with iTunes and use an AT&T simcard. But you are a little bit lucky. There are people in europe who buy a iPhone from USA
After update, it has been locked and they can't use the iPhone anymore until they use AT&T simcard

Next week i can't help you because i'm on holiday in Germany xD
