    Facetime
    It will charge if:
    - you activate them for the first time
    - you enable or re-enable (disable and then enable) facetime

It will charge you a sms to UK (for me it is a international sms).
When you enable facetime there will be a pop-up: "Your carrier may charge for SMS messages used to activate FaceTime"
You will send a text message to 00447537410257 and in the background you will get a sms back from 00447786205094 that activate your Facetime.
