The Galaxy Note 10 line of devices launched only a couple months ago, and Samsung is already rumored to be working on another entry into the series. This time, thanks to SamMobile, Samsung will reportedly offer a less expensive, mid-range variant of the Galaxy Note 10.

The current Galaxy Note 10 lineup is anything but affordable. The devices start at just under $1,000. That price tag makes sense when you take a closer look at what’s under the hood, but that still doesn’t mean the device is financially accessible to everyone.

This less-expensive Galaxy Note 10 should cater to those who want the basic Note experience without the customary Note overkill. Apparently, the device will launch in Europe in two color options — black and red — but we don’t know if it will come in varying sizes. We also aren’t sure if it will launch in other markets or not, but we hope it comes to the States.

Remember, this wouldn’t be the first time Samsung released a cheaper variant of the Note line. In 2014, Samsung released the Galaxy Note 3 Neo, the affordable counterpart to the Note 3.

Samsung hasn’t made a move like this again since, but we are glad to see it make more devices accessible to more people. In a world where $2,000 or even $3,000 phones exist, affordable options are always welcome.
