The people that are claiming that this rom is smooth are clearly lying because every version is really hungry. I think that for this rom to run fast would require 2gb ram as a minimum, how the developer's are not noticing this is beyond me.

Sorry, but I'm new to the MIUI world.. If I want to install the latest version 3.7.20, dow do I install more languages? I would like to be able to use Dutch..

I don't think there is a language pack for this. It's Chinese or English only version.

I installed 3.7.20 but cannot get gapps to flash, no matter how many times I do it nothing appears.

That's the one I installed, I also tried manually replacing the main google play apks in system/app via root explorer and that didn't work. It does let me add a google account to sync my contacts, but there is still no play store app anywhere, or any other google apps.

    Edit:
Manually attempting to install gmail and play store doesn't work either. Both seem to install but switch straight back to the phone screen when trying to open them.

It's possibly a bug in 3.7.20 because I have 3.7.19 and was able to install gapps without any issues. I have not tried 3.7.20.

I rolled back to 3.6.28 and had the same problem. Will have to chalk this up to yet another rom that doesn't work properly on my phone.

Edit: Also tried full gapps rather than mini and no difference. Going to give up and try another rom.

Edit²:Looks like I got it to work by copying the files over manually. Turns out I originally forgot to change the file permissions.

You can choose between Chinese and English on boot-up.

On 4pda.ru forum someone told 3.7.19 and 3.7.20 have some problems, maybe better stay in older version until those are fixed.

Please confirm that you have not experienced the common problems of lags and slowness with this version. what about the battery life and heating problems??

Satisfied with this ROM, battery life very good, and heating is less than other ROMs. I have to uninstall/remove Chinese apps that I don't need.

For the non-system apps, just drag the icon to the top of nav-bar and click uninstall. Use root explorer to delete system apps you have to know which ones.

Just copy the mishop.apk from the preinsall_apps folder of the ROM.
