I will receive my new MK802IIIs soon, and I would like to know the best way to turn in on/off:
    1. Plug it to the TV and it will be turn on/off with the TV, or
    2. Use power adapter with switch and turn in off when I don’t use it and on when I use it.
BTW, since it comes with no power adapter, can I use IPhone power adapter which is +5v 1A (I have extra one)?
    I ordered it from Geekbuying.
    Thanks for the help,

Don't know about you, but mine came with a 2A power adapter and I don't think it will work right with only 1A, especially when doing energyconsumptioning tasks.

I ordered mine from geekbuying and it doesn't say that power adapter is included, besides, if 1A is not enough, how the TV could power it up which I think has only .5A?
What about when to turn it on/off?

I checked it for you and you're right about the power adapter not being included, but if you take a look at dealextreme, where I ordered mine, you'll notice the power input is 5V / 2A.
For on/off I use the switch of my power socket, but when Bob White finishes his finless 1.7 rom I hope to have a powerbutton on screen.

Thanks Gizfreak for the info and please provide the link for the adapter, and I will order the same.
So, are you currently using customs rom? if yes, which one? Should I wait for the finless 1.7 rom? Is it coming soon?

I couldn't wait and ordered my 2A adapter way too expensive from a local webshop, but I think this one would be ok as well.
The Finless 1.7 Rom is still in beta testing phase, but afaik it won't be long till it is released.

As you mentioned it is too expensive from local store, therefore, I ordered it from Geekbuying for $2.99, but until I receive it, can I use my Ipad power adapter which is 5.1V 2.1A?

I will be waiting for the official Finless 1.7 Rom
