Hello to all!! i have manage to find a solution for paid applications :D applications are installing, and phone is booting normaly !
So... After several tries and search to Google.. i manage to find a solution to this problem by mistake :)
Anw! Paid apps in 4.1 are installed in an encrypted folder (/mnt/asec) which is causing all this issues..
    Installing the bellow you will:
"This modification disables Play Store encryption - all APKs will be installed to /data/app, including paid apps which would normally go to /mnt/asec. This will offer a very small performance increase but also ensure APKs are available immediately at system boot (instead of requiring /mnt/asec to mount first)."
    ....which is the solution :)

    so do the follwing:
    1)Install XposedInstaller_2.1.4.apk (*its a framework actually)
2)open the application press intall then when finished press reboot
3)install the MODULE com.modaco.xposed.phonesky.noencryption then reboot
4)you will have to open again the application "xposed intaller" go to tab modules and
enabled it (tik box) then reboot

    **ensure u are rooted

install as many paid application as you want :D

    http://www.modaco.com/topic/361776-xmod-disable-play-store-encryption-mntasec/

** After you finish the above install a paid app from PLAY and ensure that /mnt/asec is empty :)

or u can simply move everything from /data/app-asec to /mnt/secure/asec after installing such program using root explorer.
By the way, if you catch a bootloop with this asec apps, u can connect to mob with adb shell and remove * from /data/app-asec/

Since my post in the noob thread didn't got any response, maybe this thread is more appropriate:

I seem to have the Paid Apps problem again. I worked it out on a previous ROM, upgraded the ROM to .18. So far, so good. But after updating the paid apps, the phone hangs on the bootlogo. Xposedinstaller and the module are still installed and seem to work fine. If I use Rootexplorer, there are maps created in said map by the paid apps. I can't remove them however because of permissions (I guess). I can't change the permissions however with Rootexplorer. Any ideas?

EDIT: reinstalling Xposedinstaller and the module worked. I was afraid I couldn't reboot after removing it but that was not a problem.

ive built executable which implements the mount-related functions. It is from cyanogenmod, but i think it should work on any 4.1 ROM for newman n2 and related.
    Zip for recovery below.

Is this file to fix the bug of paid APks on -N2_00.18_4.1?
If so, do I download this file in sd card and make the download in local update without unzip and if not how I find /system/bin?
And one more question ,Do I have download Xposedlnstaller and com.modaco.xposed?

I installed this on MIUI 3.8.16 with no problems. But what exactly is this? Do we still need to install XposedInstaller and com.modaco.xposed? Thanks.
